What states do you serve?

We are licensed in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, Virginia, Maryland, and New York. You must be physically located in one of these states at the time of your appointment.

How do I get started?

Click 'Book Appointment' on your chosen provider to schedule through our patient portal. New patient appointments include a comprehensive evaluation — no referral required.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You can manage your appointments directly through the Tebra patient portal. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid late cancellation fees.
